We always appreciate the feedback of our homeowners and are here in order to make our community the best it can be. The board is always interested in suggestions as to how we, as an HOA, can either save money on certain efforts without sacrificing quality or there might be a newer and better way of preforming some task as it relates to maintaining our common areas. Please make sure you attend the annual meeting either in person or by proxy. In order for the annual meeting to take place, we need to have 35 members at the meeting either in person or by proxy. The notices were mailed on November 10th. If for some reason, you need another proxy - please contact Adela Cala at Guarantee Management Services or you can email your request via the \"contact us\" on this website. If we don\'t have have a quorum at the meeting, it will cost the Association additional monies in selecting a new date, sending out new notices and having the association attorney present at another meeting. We appreciate everyone\'s cooperation - we would like to see everyone at the meeting but understand that not everyone will be able to attend.
