INSURANCE MITIGATION
Many of us are experiencing huge increases in our
homeowner\'s policies. There are ways to migigate
these costs and receive discounts for such items
as shutters, the way the roof is attached, etc.
For those of you that have Citizen\'s - one of our
homeowner\'s spoke to them - they recommended an
inspection company that they (Citizen\'s)work with
that did the inspection and provided a shutter
certificate and migigation form. While this may
not work for everyone, you can contact Don Meyler
Inspections at 305.567.1422. For those of you
that have policies with other insurance companies,
you should check with them to see what their
recommendations for mitigation are.

Please make sure you attend the annual meeting either in person or by proxy. In order for the annual meeting to take place, we need to have 35 members at the meeting either in person or by proxy. The notices were mailed on November 10th. If for some reason, you need another proxy - please contact Adela Cala at Guarantee Management Services or you can email your request via the \"contact us\" on this website. If we don\'t have have a quorum at the meeting, it will cost the Association additional monies in selecting a new date, sending out new notices and having the association attorney present at another meeting. We appreciate everyone\'s cooperation - we would like to see everyone at the meeting but understand that not everyone will be able to attend.
