GARAGE DOORS
GARAGE DOORS - The curent price for the garage
door is $950 - all garage doors should have been
installed by now. For those that have not
installed a new garage door, please contact
Fernando with Faith Garage Doors immediately at
954.654.0564 or 305.625.4640 and have it taken
care of.

PAINTING
We are pleased to let you know that the painting
of the buildings in our community is complete.

For those whose buildings have just been
completed, you will still have time to get any
comments to us - the painting contactor will be
back to finalize.

NOMINATING COMMITTEE
The nominating committee for the 2008 election is
in place. Our committee members are Stephanie
Oliver and Maria Cabra along with Board member
Walter Garcia. For anyone considering a board
position, please contact us and let us know you
are interested - you may even want to join a
committee now to start helping us with our
community.

Please make sure you attend the annual meeting either in person or by proxy. In order for the annual meeting to take place, we need to have 35 members at the meeting either in person or by proxy. The notices were mailed on November 10th. If for some reason, you need another proxy - please contact Adela Cala at Guarantee Management Services or you can email your request via the \"contact us\" on this website. If we don\'t have have a quorum at the meeting, it will cost the Association additional monies in selecting a new date, sending out new notices and having the association attorney present at another meeting. We appreciate everyone\'s cooperation - we would like to see everyone at the meeting but understand that not everyone will be able to attend.
